Jocelyn M. Belloni became an associate with Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP in 2007. She specializes in intellectual property and corporate law.

Ms. Belloni advises and assists companies with corporate transactions, music law issues, employment law issues, and intellectual property transactions. She handles registration, licensing, and protection of copyrights and trademarks. Ms. Belloni has successfully negotiated complex settlements in commercial litigation matters and copyright and trademark infringement matters.

Ms. Belloni also assists nonprofit organizations with corporate formation and obtaining tax exempt status. The Alameda County Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Corporation presented Ms. Belloni with a Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in 2009 for her pro bono work with nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Belloni earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2007. During law school, she served as a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Ms. Belloni received a Boalt Hall Fellowship for her volunteer legal work in 2005. During her second and third years of law school, she was awarded the George A. Cavalletto Law Scholarship.

Ms. Belloni earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 2004 with the Highest Distinction in General Scholarship.

Ms. Belloni is a member of the State Bar of California, including its Intellectual Property Section. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California.
