Annette M. Knox joined the trust and estate practice group at Donahue Gallagher Woods in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Knox managed her own estate and trust practice for several years. Her practice emphasizes estate, tax and wealth transfer planning, trust administration and probate administration, representing individuals, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. She works with clients to ensure that their estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and other related vehicles, such as limited liability companies and family limited partnerships, implement their family goals. Ms. Knox also handles probate matters for clients and advises clients on trust administration. Her practice in this area includes counseling and assisting surviving spouses and family members in connection with the probate process and with trust administration issues. Ms. Knox received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1995 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1988.
