Carrie N. Schneider joined Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP as an associate in 2005. Ms. Schneider is a member of the firm’s corporate and intellectual property groups, with a focus on corporate transactions, copyrights, and trademarks.

Ms. Schneider’s intellectual property and transactional experience includes advising and assisting companies and nonprofit organizations with corporate formation, employment law issues, distribution and marketing transactions, and licensing transactions. Ms. Schneider has also evaluated and negotiated complex settlements of copyright and trademark infringement matters.

Ms. Schneider earned her law degree cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005. During law school, she was a member of the Race and Poverty Law Journal. She also taught a legal writing course and worked for various nonprofit legal organizations. Ms. Schneider received the award for Best Brief in Moot Court for excellence in written argument and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for her coursework in Negotiations and Settlement, Legal Writing and Analysis, and Roles and Ethics. Ms. Schneider earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Ecology with High Honors from the University of California at Berkeley. During college, Ms. Schneider was a member of the gymnastics team and received All-American recognition.

Ms. Schneider is a member of the State Bar of California. She is a certified personal trainer and teaches yoga, spinning, and cardio kickboxing. Ms. Schneider is conversant in Spanish.
